"Amy called me to help assess a home that was preparing to go on the market. I'm a REALTOR and a longtime friend of hers, and we've always respected each others' businesses and expertise.  When I walked into the home, it was still completely lived in- furniture in every room, knickknacks collected over the years, dishes filling every cabinet, bathrooms fully stocked, decor everywhere.  It was clear this would be a big undertaking.
After a long and honest conversation, we agreed the home would sell faster if it was completely emptied, professionally cleaned, given new floors, and repainted inside.  Amy knew the scope of the project, but she didn't hesitate. Right there, she called a handyman and looped him into the conversation.  Together, we set a goal: the home would be ready to go on the market in just three weeks.
Before I even left, Amy already had a plan.  She decided to host an estate sale, donate what didn't sell, and have the home completely cleared out so work could begin immediately.  I had no doubt in her abilities-but I'll be honest, I also knew real life could throw some curveballs. Summer weather, family commitments, unexpected delays...it happens.
Two weeks later, I checked in.  Instead of excuses or updates about delays, Amy sent me photos of brand new floors being installed. I was shocked-in the best way. The house was completely empty. Not just the rooms, but the garage and the attic too. She had done it. She was not only on track, she was ahead.
That is who Amy is.
She takes the time to truly understand her clients-where they are in life, what they are navigating, and what their end goal is. Her organization business isn't just about decluttering; it's honest, goal-driven, thoughtful, and deeply empathetic. She doesn't work 'for' her clients, she works 'with' them, as a teammate.
Once her wheels start turning, there's a plan, a timeline, and steady forward movement. And when she walks away from a project, her clients feel lighter, refreshed, accomplished, and supported. That's always her goal.

She is 78 and isn’t the Energizer Bunny anymore so she needed big time help!! HOPE primary specializes in inside the home organization but Amy, the owner, was kind enough to help us with our garage issues too!! Amy brought an assistant and they did what I thought was impossible, they organized the garage including putting up heavy duty shelving and facilitated the removal of 40 years of garage accumulation!!
